We at LIFE Retreats decided long ago to do our best to not allow finances to stand between us and serving couples that might benefit from our programs. We price our all-inclusive Retreats as low as we reasonably can and are always willing to discuss pricing options or payment plans for deserving couples committed to their relationship but who might be experiencing difficult economic times.
In this spirit, and in the face of an ongoing recession, we are now offering a special Marriage Retreat package that is our lowest priced ever. The Retreat format and curriculum are the same as that offered at all LIFE Marriage Retreats. The outstanding dining experience is similar to our other locations. The difference lies in the location and some of the offered amenities.
While most of our venues offer a “five-star” experience in terms of facilities and location, LIFE also owns two cabins in Utah that are a little off the beaten path but that offer all the basic comforts, although without some of the frills and extras. “Homey” might be as good a word as any to describe them.
For example, in our economy small group Retreat you will have your own bedroom but might share a bathroom with another couple. In both our group and private Retreat sites the decorating is pleasant but a bit eclectic. The furnishings are comfortable but without designer brands. You will be surrounded by the beauties of nature but not as close to destination towns and cities as our other locations.
Our economy small group Retreats are held in the Scofield cabin in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains. The cabin is large and expansive with three decks that look out over aspen and pine trees and a mountain lake.
Our private economy Retreats are hosted at the Sherwood cabin that is in a desert oasis setting, the cabin sitting just a few steps away from a pretty lake with a sandy beach. Grass and trees surround the cabin and bird and wildlife are abundant.
